Good Grazing Boxes

What do you mean by healthy snacks?

Our focus is on snacks that are made from natural ingredients. We want to make healthy snacking as simple as possible, so the snacks we source don’t contain refined sugars, artificial flavourings or preservatives, additives or chemicals.

Can I pick what’s in my box?

Good Grazing Boxes are designed to be a convenient and fun way to discover healthy, natural snacks. We know that hunting around for healthy snacks takes time and can be costly, that’s why we carefully source the snacks that go into each box every month – so you don’t have to!

I have allergies/dietary requirements (Vegan, Paleo, Nuts etc.), is Good Grazing suitable for me?

Our snacks change every month, and for this reason we’re unable to guarantee that all of the snacks in each box will be suitable for a vegan or gluten-free diet. A lot of the snacks we feature contain nuts (or traces), and therefore are unsuitable for anyone with nut allergies. We ask you to get in touch before ordering, or carefully read the packaging on each snack in your Good Grazing box to see if it is suitable for you.

Do I have to subscribe to order a box?

As well as weekly and monthly subscriptions, we also have the option of one-off purchases - perfect as a gift or to try us out and see if Good Grazing is right for you.

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time - and re-started. Simply login and select 'Manage subscription'. This will bring up a list of upcoming payments - and the option to increase, decrease orders, skip or cancel. 

Do you have a referral scheme?

What do I do if I’m unhappy with my box?

Good Grazing aims to have a variety of snacks for you to discover and try. Whilst we can’t account for individual preferences, we do try to include snacks that appeal to a wide range of tastes. If you are for any reason unhappy with your box, please get in touch at info@goodgrazing.com and we will endeavor to resolve any issues. 

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Head to the ‘Shop’ tab at the top of the page. Then decide on the product, and if you would like a single purchase, or a weekly, monthly or 2 monthly subscription. Once you’ve chosen your terms, enter your payment and delivery details, create your account and submit your order.

If your order is a gift, please enter gift card details.

Why do I have to create an account?

Creating an account is needed to make sure we can process your subscription to Good Grazing every month. Our one-off boxes work off the same system as subscriptions, so an account is also required for these.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are able to accept payments through credit or debit card via Stripe or one off purchases can be paid by bank deposit. 

Can I order a box as a gift?

Absolutely! You can treat someone to a one-off, or subscription Good Grazing box. Simply enter in the recipients delivery details in the delivery section, and write any message for the gift card in the notes section. The perfect gift for the health and well being conscious person!

When do I have to order by to get a box?

You can place an order any time of the month, and we will send out the order and notify you as soon as the order is sent with our courier. 

When do I get charged for my subscription?

Your first payment will be made when you sign up, then the next payment will be at the requested timeframe - eg, weekly, monthly, bi monthly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, simply by logging into your account and clicking the ‘manage subscription’ button.

Please do this 2 days before the payment is due to come out.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is $6 nationwide per delivery and $9 for Rural delivery.  Note – we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.

When will my Good Grazing box be delivered?

We will send out your order within 1-2 working days or notify you if there will be any delay. As soon as your Good Grazing box is picked up you will be sent courier tracking details by email so you will be able to track your delivery.

What if my Good Grazing box can’t be delivered?

If for some reason your Good Grazing box can’t be delivered, or the address provided is incorrect and the box is returned to us, we can re-deliver at your cost. 

What if I want to change where my delivery goes?

Changing your shipping address is not a problem, simply login to your account and you’ll be able to edit your address details. To ensure this updates in time for your next shipment, your address does need to be confirmed by the last day of the month before, when orders close.

What if I’m out when my box gets delivered?

Our courier service does not require someone to be home to receive the box. The courier will leave the box on your doorstep. Alternatively, you have the option of signing for delivery or you may like to have the box sent to a work or different address. Just let us know if you would like to request signature on delivery.
